Chemical Processor Acquires Rubber Additives Pre-Weigh Supplier

Rose Mill Company, a Connecticut-based processor of industrial chemicals and minerals, announced the acquisition of rubber pre-weigh additives processor PPS/Chempac of Lebanon, TN.

“This acquisition is great for both companies,” said Coley Karr, General Manager of PPS/Chempac.

“Rose Mill is an ISO certified company with a global reach, and PPS/Chempac’s customers will benefit from the expanded range of processing capabilities.”

“We’re excited too” says Cindy Carbone, Office Manager at Rose Mill Company.

“Rose Mill is active in a number of different markets, but now we’ll have the equipment and expertise from PPS/Chempac to serve the rubber pre-weigh market.”

Rose Mill Company, a member of the National Association of Chemical Distributors, is a global leader in the supply and processing of borates and borate-based products.

Additionally, Rose Mill offers toll processing services including pulverizing, screening, mixing, bagging, filling and labeling of dry granular and powdered minerals and chemicals.
