Imperial Dade, a distributor of disposable food service and janitorial supplies, has acquired US-based Gulf Coast Paper for an undisclosed sum. Based in Victoria of Texas, Gulf Coast Paper distributes packaging products, as well as janitorial, sanitation and office supply products to its customers in the southeast Texas region.
Imperial Dade CEO Robert Tillis said: “Gulf Coast Paper’s history of excellence and commitment to service will fit well with the Imperial Dade platform.

The company supplies packaging products, including corrugated boxes, bubble wrap, corrugated rolls, corrugated sheets and pads, as well as foam packaging material. In addition, the firm supplies tape, tape dispensers, twist ties, wrapping tissue, stretch film and pallet wrap products.
The company operates seven facilities, which covers the major metro areas of Austin, Brownsville, Corpus Christi, Houston and San Antonio.
